At Miss Fluff's Shop, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back at our studio in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
